Abstract： To enhance the accuracy of pesticide residue detection inagricultural productsand strengthen the defense lineoffoodsafetyitisofvitalimportancetoconductanin-depthanalysisofthekeyfactors thataffectthereliability of thetest results.The research found that factors such as non-standard sample colection and pretreatment operations， insuffcientperformance of testingequipment，lackofprofessional abilityof testing personnel，and impropercontrolof testing environmentalconditionsjontlyaffecttheaccuracyoftestingresults.Inthisregard，tispaperproposes improvement measures such as optimizing the sample management process，strengthening the standardized management of testing equipment，intensifngprofessonalskilstraingforpersoel，andstrictlyontrollingevironmentalonditions，der to enhance the overall level and credibility of pesticide residue testing results in agricultural products.
