食品检验检测机构质量管理问题分析与优化策略
Abstract: Food inspection and testing institutions play an extremely important role in the sampling inspection of national foodsafety.The inspection data issed bythem arean important basis for the decision-making of market supervision departments,andare also related to the health andlife safety ofthe public.This paperanalyzes the quality management problems that are easy to occur in the process of sampling, sample preparation, inspection and reporting when food inspection and testing institutions undertake the national food safetysampling inspection project,and puts forward practical optimization strategies in combination with the actual situation,in order to provide references for food inspection and testing institutions to improve the effciency of inspection and testing and the level of quality management.
