数智赋能视域下烟台市“一老一小”健康食品 保障体系构建策略研究

Abstract： The developmentofaservice system forthe“one elderly，one young”is akey task in China’s current livelihoodsector，with food securityand nutritionaland health services being keycomponents.Through field research onYantai’s healthy food securitysystem forthe“one elderlyone young”，this article analyzes its currntconstruction status，explores existing problems in system construction.Based on this，a construction strategy for the food security system for the“one elderly，one young”is proposed，centeredon“data-drivendecision-making，inteligent matching services，and full control and traceability"，aiming to form a healthy food security system characterized by‘precise supply， dynamic supervision，and social collaboration”.
