标准化PRECEDE-PROCEED模式对学龄期哮喘儿童的临床应用价值分析

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical application value of standardized PRECEDE-PROCEED model in school-age children with asthma.Methods: A total of100children with bronchial asthma admited to Beijing Anzhen Hospital Nanchong Hospital from June 2024 to January 2025 were selectedas observation objects and divided nto the experimental group and the control group by random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received standardized PRECEDE-PROCEED intervention to compare asthma control,qualityof life,self-management ability,andasthma cognition between the two groups. Results:Thescoresofqualityoflife,self-managementability,asthmacontrolandasthmacognitionintheexperimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Standardized PRECEDE-PROCEED model can effectivelystabilize the diseaseconditionof school-age children with asthma,improve theirself-management ability and qualityof life,and improve the diseasecognition ofchildrenand their families.This nursing model has clinical application value.
