Exploration of Construction Strategy and Practice Path of Community Governance from Standardization Perspective

Abstract:Inthenew eraofsocialdevelopment,communitygovernancehasbecomeakeyanddiffcult work,which is related to theoptimizationof community management eficiencyand publicservice supply.It is imperative to promote the standardization ofcommunity governance,highlighting the extraordinary significance.By introducing the current nationalsectoralandlocalstandardsrelatedtocommunity governance inChina,this paperanalyzesthecurrentstatus of community governance,draws out specific problems,and puts forward anumber of strategies on this basis, such as formulating standardized process norms,clarifying work rules,strengthening the standardization construction of talentteams,improving professional literacy,applying information technology,and building intellgent management platforms.It aims to provide theoretical support for the modernization ofcommunity governance in the new era and promote a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance and shared community governance.
