Abstract: Withthe rapid developmentof the health product market,consumers have put forward higher requirements for the qualityand safetyofhealth products.Asa highlysensitive and accurate analytical method,masspectrometry technology is increasingly applied to the detection of harmful substances in health products.Mass spectrometry technology has the abilityto eficiently identify multiple components in complex samples,providing strong support forthe development of harmful substance detection standards for health products.This paper discusses the basic principles,classification of masspectrometry technology and its application advantages in the detection of harmful substances in health products.It proposes asetof detection standards based on mass spectrometry technology,aiming to improve the scientificityandefectiveness ofhealth productqualitycontrolthrough standardized detection methods and provide consumers with safer and more reliable health products.
