Abstract:Objective:Toexploretheclinicaleffectofpulmonaryrehabilitationcombined withstandardized nursingfor elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods: A total of 100 elderly COPD patients admitted to theGeriatric Medicine Departmentof Ya'an People's Hospital fromMay 2023 toMay2024 were selected asresearchobjects andrandomlydivided into thecontrol groupandthe observation group,with 50cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation combined with standardized nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The ratio of forced expiratoryvolume inthefrstsecond to forced vitalcapacity(FEVl/FVC),forced expiratoryvolume inthe firstsecond (FEVl)and maximum expiratory flow (PEF）levels in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group,andthe qualityof life score inthe observation group was also significantly higher than thatin thecontrol group （2 (P
