Effect of Standardized Diet, Alcohol and Obesity Intervention on Hyperuricemia Induced Gout

Abstract:Objective:To investigatetheefectof standardizeddiet,alcoholandobesityinterventiononhyperuricemia with gout.Methods:100 patients with hyperuricemia admited tothe DepartmentofRheumatology,Lu’an People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the control groupandtheobservation group,with 50cases ineach group.Thecontrol group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized diet,alcohol and obesity intervention.Results:After intervention,the level of uric acid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) . The incidence of gout in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) . The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Standardized diet,alcohol and obesity intervention in hyperuricemia patients canreduce the levelofuric acid andtheincidence of gout,soas to improve their qualityoflife.
