Abstract：The security assurance and standardization of the tourism public service system are core elements supporting the healthy development of the tourism industry.Security assurance encompasses key aspects such as risk prevention，emergency response，and facilitysafety，while standardizationrefers to standardized service procedures， quality evaluation benchmarks，and unified management requirements.The two elements support and reinforce each other.However，current practices facechalenges including insuficient institutionalcoordination，weak collaboration among stakeholders，and delayed risk prevention mechanisms.Toaddress these isses，it is necessary to improve the legal framework to integrate systems，establish a multi-party governance mechanism to enhance coordination，and optimize early warning and emergency response processes to strengthen responsiveness.These measures willpromote the deep integration of security assurance and standardization.
