Construction Optimization Strategy for Construction Projects Based on Quality Management Standards

Abstract：At present，the construction industry is booming，and the scaleand complexity of construction projects are increasing day byday.The drawbacks of traditionalconstruction management methods inqualitycontrol have ben fully exposed.Quality management standards have become the keyto enhancing the construction quality of construction projects. By establishing standardized processes，unifying technical guidelines and improving the management system，theypromote the improvement of constructionquality.This paper deeply explores the application value ofquality management standards throughout the entire construction process of construction projects，and summarizes the construction improvement strategies that include improving the management system，enhancing technical standards，improving the quality of employees，and integrating information technology means，providing references for the construction industry to achieve high-quality development.
