标准化针灸联合颈椎牵引在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果分析

Abstract：Objective：Toanalyze the feasibilityof standardized acupuncture combined withcervicaltraction in the clinical treatment of cervical radiculopathy.Methods： A total of 82 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustionof Yuncheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to May 2024 were selected as research objects，and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method，with4lcases ineach group.Thecontrolgroup was treated withcervical traction，and the observation group was treated with standardized acupuncture and moxibustion combined with cervical traction. The clinical eficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The scores of body pain and cervical dysfunction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment （P<0.05） .Therelevant data of TCM symptom score and imaging examination results after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The implementation of standardized acupuncture combined with cervical traction technique for the treatment of cervical radiculopathy patients can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect，and it is worth popularizing.
