Clinical Effect of Standardized Cataract Phacoemulsification Combined with Angle Separation in the Treatment of Cataract with Angle-closure Glaucoma

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized cataract phacoemulsification and angle separation in patients with angle-closure glaucoma. Methods: A total of 100 patients with cataract combined with angle-closure glaucoma were selected from April 2022 to April 2024 in the Linxia Hospital for Nationalities,Gansu Province, and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,and the experimental group was treated with standardized cataract phacoemulsification combined with angle separation. The intraocular pressure level,andoptimal corrected visual acuity werecompared between the two groups.Results: The IOP level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P
