Abstract： Standardsand patents are importantcarriers oftechnological innovationachievements.The integrationof standardsand patentsrefers totheactivitywhere innovation entities incorporate patent technologies into international standards，nationalstandards，sectoralstandards，localstandards，associationstandardsandenterprisestandards，wich can effctively enhance the technical level ofstandardsandfacilitate the transformation and applicationof patents through standardization means.The integrated development ofstandards and patents is an important means to promote enterprises’ product quality improvement， brand building，innovative development and market expansion.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality economic development and participating in global trade games. Based onthe current situationofthe integrateddevelopmentof standardsand patents，this paper conducts gapanalysis， takes problems as the orientation，and studiesand proposes the innovation mechanism，pathand countermeasures for the integration of standards and patents in Shandong province.
