Brief Discussion on Laboratory Safety Management Problems of University Scientific Research Team and Countermeasures

Abstract：Scientificresearchteamisthebackboneofscientificresearchinauniversityandthelaboratoryofscientific research team is an important place to carry out academic exchange activities，train high-quality research talents， andimprovetheabilityofscientificresearchandinnovation.Inrecentyears，withtheexpansionofenrollment scale， increase of scientific research tasks，large mobility of personnel and many safety hazards，the occurrenceoflaboratory safety accidents has made laboratory safety management highly demanding with significant responsibilities and heavy tasks.Inviewofthecurrent problems inscientificresearch team laboratories，suchasunclearresponsibilities， insuficient management team construction，imperfect systemand inadequate safety education，this paper proposes scientific and feasible countermeasures through system construction，team construction，system construction， supervisionandinspection，aimingatprovidingreferences forthelong-termsafetymanagementofuiversitysientific researchteamlaboratories.
