Abstract: As thecore power sourceof spark-ignition internal combustion engines,the volatilityofautomotive gasoline isakeyphysical and chemical propertythatdetermines theadaptabilityof engines under fulloperating conditions.It notonlyaffects the startingreliabilityinlow-temperature environments,butalsorelates to theriskofassociated air resistance in high-temperature conditions,and runs through the combustion efficiencyand emision control effect. Distilationrange,asthecoreidexforevaluatinggasolinevolatility,theaccuracyofitsdeterminationresultsdirectly affects the effectivenessof oil product quality judgment and market supervision.Based onnational standards such as GB/T6536—2010,Standard testmethod for distilltionof petroleum products atatmosphericpressure,this paper systematically analyzes the coupling influence mechanism of six core factors—measuring temperature,condensation temperature,distillation rate,distillation los,device selection and sample pretreatment—on distillation range determination.By sorting outtheerror transmission path of each factor,itconstructs a three-dimensional control systemof“parameter quantitativecontrol - operation process standardization -device precise selection".This system provides a technical scheme with both theoretical support and practical guidance for the traceability of laboratory testing data,the optimization of gasoline production process and product quality control.

车用汽油是石油炼制工业的核心产品之一,由沸点范围 的精制馏分与多种功能性添加剂复配而成的复杂烃类混合物,其主体成分为C4~C12 的烷烃、环烷烃及芳香烃,其中 C5~C9 组分占比超 85% ,奠定了汽油易挥发、易燃爆的基础理化特性。(剩余4129字)
