Analysis of the Strategy for Enterprise Standardization Talent Cultivation

Abstract:Since documents suchas the National Standardization Development Outline,the Measures forthe Promotion ofEnterprise Standardization,and the Special Action Plan fortheCultivationof Standardized Talents (2023- 2025）were issued,the cultivation of standardization talents has gradually become popular.The policy encourages universities,research institutions and other units to set up standardization courses and training and strengthen thecultivation of standardization talents in enterprises,laying the foundation for the high-qualitydevelopmentof enterprise standardization.At present,China’s standardization talentsare relatively vacant.Enterprisesare talent training platforms,and talents can bring benefits to enterprises.From the perspective of social responsibilityor highquality development,enterprises should focus oncultivating standardization talents.Basedon the current situation of standardization talentcultivation,inaccordancewith therequirementsofnationalpoliciesandcombined with the needs of enterprises,this paper puts forward four strategies for standardization talent cultivation,which provides a certain reference for the cultivation of standardization talents in enterprises.
