Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of standardized mindfulness-based stressreduction nursing on AIDS patients.Methods: 84 AIDS patients admited to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention from November 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into theexperimental groupand the reference group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Thereference group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received standardized mindfulness-based stress reduction nursing based on the reference group.The stigma,coping style and quality of life of thetwo groups were compared.Results: After nursing,the stigma scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the reference group (P
