Exploration of Enterprise Standards Evaluation Methods

Abstract:This article points out thatthe fuzzycomprehensive evaluationmethod is notsuitable for evaluating enterprise standardsduetothehighoverlapbetween theevaluationsubjectandtheevaluatedsubjectinanenterprise,whichmakes it difficult toensure theobjectivityaccuracy,anduniversalityofdata.Atthesame time,itanalyzestheproblemsof unfairevaluation and dificulty indistinguishing standards benefits from fixed efect inenterprise standards evaluation by the valuechainanalysis method.Tothis end,thearticleproposes the“Standards ConversionEvaluationMethod,which is guided bythepreciseresultsofstandardsconversion,clearlydefinesthe goals,evaluationconditions,andoutputat thetime of standards project approval,andfinally determines thescorebased on the evaluation ofresults and the value of standards and demonstrates the application process of this method through an example of a mechanical equipment company.Research shows that the approval of enterprise standards projects should be based on clear goals,and the evaluation of enterprise standards should be in line with the development direction of the enterprise.
