Effect of Early Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing Training with Family Support on Functional Recovery of Stroke Patients

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efect ofearly standardized rehabilitation nursing training with family support on the functional recovery of stroke patients.Methods: 170 stroke patients in the People's Hospital of Gangu County,Gansu Province were selected as the studyobjects and randomlydivided intothe experimental group and the control group,with85cases ineach group.Patients in the experimental group continued to receive early standardized rehabilitation nursing training with family support for six months after discharge,while the control group only received conventional medical guidance.The changes of the modified Rankinrating (MRS),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score and the results of the Kota drinking water test in the Departmentof Neurology were compared between the two groups.Results: The changes of MRS scores,NIHSS scores and the scores of Kota drinking water test in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P
