Abstract： Objective：To analyze the implementationefectofthe standardized training program for first aid knowledge and skills of preschool teachers.Methods：Taking 60kindergarten teachers from3kindergartens inacertaincity as the researchobjects，the masteryoffrstaidknowledgewas investigated，andstandardizedtrainingonfirstaidknowledgeand skills wasimplemented.The masterydegreoffirstaid knowledge andfirstaidoperationskilsbykindergarten teachers after standardized training was analyzed.Results：After standardized training，preschool teachersshowed significant improvements in first aidknowledge，skilloperation，training satisfaction，and first aid knowledge andskills （P<0.05） 1 Conclusion： Theimplementation effectof thestandardized training programforfirstaid knowledgeand skilsofpreschool teachers isgood.Itcanefectivelyensurethevarioussafetyofchildreninthekindergarten，whichisworthyofpromotion.
