Common Issues and Analysis of Work Quality in Non-destructive Testing Institutions for Special Equipment

Abstract： This paper summarizes the common issues in work quality faced by non-destructive testing （NDT） institutions for special equipment，and focuses on systematic problems inengineering documentation，technical procedures，inspection records，and inspection reports，as well as method-specific isues in techniques such as radiographic testing （RT），ultrasonic testing （UT）， magnetic testing （MT）， penetrant testing （PT），and time-offlight diffraction （TOFD）.Through detailed analysis，it identifies deficiencies inquality awarenes，management systems，masteryof standards and specifications，personnel competency，and professional responsibility within these institutions.Finaly，it proposes targeted improvement suggestions to enhance the operational quality of NDT institutions and ensure the safe operation of special equipment.
