Application Effect Analysis of Standardized Evidence-based Nursing Model in Nursing of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Arrhythmia

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the effect of standardized evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arhythmia.Methods： A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated witharrhythmiaadmited to Shanghai Jiading Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine fromApril2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 40 patients ineach group. The controlgroup receivedconventionalnursingmodel，while the observation group received standardized evidencebased nursing model. The nursing quality scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results： Nursing quality scores and quality oflife scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （号 （P<0.05） .Conclusion： In the nursing work of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia，standardized evidence-based nursing model has better application efect，and can improve the qualityof nursing and qualityof life score，which is worth promoting.
