Abstract：Quality management and controlduring the construction phase are crucial inthe construction process of constructionprojects.Oncetheconstructionqualityofaconstruction project does not meet the standards，itwillresult inthe inability toput theconstruction project into use，causing serious economic loses to the enterprise.Therefore，the construction unit and the construction contractor should focus on quality management，analyze and study the existing problems，and find scientific quality management measures.Based on this，this article analyzes and discusses the importance ofconstruction quality management，the problems in the standardized management ofconstruction quality， and the solutions to the standardized management of constructionquality.It is expected that this can provide some reference and guidance for related research.
