Application of Crisis Nursing Management Combined with Standardized Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Abstract： Objective：To explore the effect ofcrisis nursing management combined with standardized nursing in the nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods： Atotal of 60 patients with upper digestive tract hemorhage admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from May 2022to June 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into theobservation groupand the control group byrandom number table method，with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with crisis nursing management combined with standardized nursing， whilethecontrol group was treated with routine nursing.The bleeding stop time，incidence of rebleeding，self-care ability，qualityoflife and satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results： The time to stop bleeding andthe incidenceofrebleeding intheobservation group were shorterandlower than those inthecontrol group （P<0.05） .The scores of self-care ability，quality of life and satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The development of crisis nursing management combined with standardized nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and accelerate the recovery of patients.
