Study on the Effect of Standardized Nurse-patient Empathetic Nursing on Suicidal Ideation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Malignant Tumor

Abstract： Objective： To explore the improvement effect of standardized nurse-patient empathetic nursing on suicidal ideation in patients with coronary heart diseasecomplicated with malignant tumor.Methods： A totalof 80 patients with coronaryheart disease combined with malignant tumor admited totheQilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2020 to November 202l were selected as research objectsand randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The controlgroup received routine nursing，and the observation group received standardized nursing.Results： Before intervention，there were no diferences in suicidal ideation score， negative emotion score，compliance score，ESCA score and hope level between the two groups （P>0.05） . After the intervention，the suicidalideationscore，negative emotionscore，compliance score，ESCA scoreand hope levelof the same group had statistical significance （P<0.05） ，and the observation group was in a better situation. Conclusion： Standardized nurse-patient empathetic nursing can improve the suicidal ideationof patients with coronary heart disease complicated with malignant tumor，and enhance the level of treatment hope， which is worth promoting.
