标准化延续性护理对改善肌少症患者自护能力的效果研究

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the clinical efect of standardized continuous nursing for patients with sarcopenia.Methods：Atotalof99 patients with sarcopeniaadmittedto the96OthHospitaloftheJointLogistics SupportForce of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the studyobjects and randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=49 ）receiving routine continuous nursing;the observation group （n=50） ）receiving standardized continuous nursing.The nursing effect of different methods were compared and analyzed.Results： After nursing，the satisfaction of patients inthe observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Before nursing，the scores of self-care ability of patients in both groups were lower （P>0.05） ！ After nursing，the scores were improved in both groups，and the improvement degreeof patients in the observation group was more significant， with increasing difference compared with that in the control group （P<0.05） ）. Conclusion： Theimplementationof standardizedcontinuous nursing for patientswith sarcopenia is beneficial to improve patients nursing satisfaction and self-care ability.
