Analysis of Countermeasures for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Water Environment Management in Gansu Section of Hulu River

Abstract:The HuluRiveristhelargesttributaryoftheupperreachesofthe WeiheRiver,anditswaterenvironment is directly relatedtotheecological securityandhigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheYelowRiver Basin.Thedificultiesare analyzed in water environment managementinthe Gansusectionof the HuluRiverfromtheaspectsofagricultural nonpoint source polution,sewage treatmentfacilities,waterresource shortage,andemergencyresponsemechanisms,andthe coresponding measuresareproposed.Overall,itisnecessary toestablishaross regional joint preventionandcontrol mechanism,deepenthecomprehensive managementofpolltionsources,strengthenmodern technologicalsupport,romote public participationingovernance,andthusachievingtheimprovementandeficiencyof waterenvironmentmanagementin the Hulu River Basin.
