Process Design of High-Temperature Pyrolysis and Comprehensive Utilization of Oil Residue for Oily Wastewater

Abstract: Inresponsetothelarge dischargevolume,hightreatmentdificulty,andresourcewastageassociatedwithoily wastewaterfromthepetrochemical industry,aprocessforhigh-temperaturepyrolysisandcomprehensiveutilizationof oilresidues wasdesignedandapplied.Under high-temperatureconditions,theprocessachievesoil-waterseparation anddeepdegradationoforganicpollutants through thermochemical decomposition,whilesimultaneouslyrecoveringoilphase resources.Engineering practice shows that at a pyrolysis temperature of 440 C and a residence time of 3 h, the oilphase recovery rate is 87.8% .The oil residues generated during pyrolysis are separated,purified,and chemically activated to producehigh-performanceadsorbent materials withaspecificsurfaceareaof1365m2/g,demonstratinggoodpollutant removalperformance.Thehigh-temperaturepyrolysisandcomprehensiveutilizationprocessenables theharmlesstreatment andresourcerecoveryofoilywastewater,providinganefectivetechnicalpathwayforthetreatmentandresourceutilization of oily wastewater in petrochemical enterprises.
