Analysis on Spatiotemporal Distribution Characteristics of Cooking Fume Emission and Adaptability of Treatment Technologies in Shenyang City

Abstract：Inorderto explore the distributionpatternand treatment efectivenessof urban cooking fumepollution，taking Shenyang cityastheresearch area，the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of cooking fume emissons，the onsiteadaptabilityoftreatment technologies，andthecollaborativetreatmentsystemaresystematicallysortedout.Analysis showsthattheemisionandcomplaintsofcooking fumesareconcentrated spatially inmixedcommercialandresidential areas，and exhibitapatternof high incidence insummerand nighttime over time.Theapplication effctsof endof pipe purification technologiessuchasactivatedcarbon，photolysis，andhigh-eficiencypurifiers varydependingontheseario， andengineering modifications such as extending exhaust pipes are important supplementary means.The treatment practice hasformedacollaborative modelof“community-environmentalprotection”linkage.Researchsuggests that thetreatment ofcookingfumes in Shenyangcityfaces technological limitations inspecificcontexts，andcomprehensivecollaborative treatment is the key path to resolving conflicts.
