Abstract:Inorderto explore the distributionpatternand treatment efectivenessof urban cooking fumepollution,taking Shenyang cityastheresearch area,the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of cooking fume emissons,the onsiteadaptabilityoftreatment technologies,andthecollaborativetreatmentsystemaresystematicallysortedout.Analysis showsthattheemisionandcomplaintsofcooking fumesareconcentrated spatially inmixedcommercialandresidential areas,and exhibitapatternof high incidence insummerand nighttime over time.Theapplication effctsof endof pipe purification technologiessuchasactivatedcarbon,photolysis,andhigh-eficiencypurifiers varydependingontheseario, andengineering modifications such as extending exhaust pipes are important supplementary means.The treatment practice hasformedacollaborative modelof“community-environmentalprotection”linkage.Researchsuggests that thetreatment ofcookingfumes in Shenyangcityfaces technological limitations inspecificcontexts,andcomprehensivecollaborative treatment is the key path to resolving conflicts.
