Experimental Study on Flotation of a Silver-Containing Complex Copper-Lead-Zinc Polymetallic Ore in Mongolia

Abstract:Apolymetalicorein Mongoliabelongs tothelow-copper-leadandhigh-zinctype,withinitialproductionsolely focused onrecovering zincresources,resulting inthe wasteof valuable elements such ascopper,leadandsilver.Inorder toachievetheeficientandcomprehensiveutilizationof mineralresources,theflotationexperimentsaresystematically conductedbasedonthemineralogicalcharacteristicsof theore,andtheprocessflowof“prioritybulkflotationofcopper andlead-separationofcopperandlead-reselectionof zincfromcopperandleadtailings”isadoptedtorecovercopper, lead,zincandsilver.Theoptimal processparametersaredetermined throughoptimizationofconditional experiments,and closed-circuit experiments are conducted based on these parameters to achieve excelent separation performance.The data shows that the copper concentrate grade is 20.14% ,therecovery rate is 75.29% ,and the associated silver grade is (20 901.85g/t ; the lead concentrate grade is 47.49% ,with arecovery rate of 72.16% ,and the associated silver grade is (20 2175.30g/t ; the zinc concentrate grade is 54.02% ,with a recovery rate of 95.90% ;the silver element is primarily enriched incopper concentrate and lead concentrate,with an overall recovery rate of 68.82% .The experiment results demonstrate thatthis process can efectively achieve the eficient separation and comprehensiverecoveryof various valuable metals, significantlyenhancing theutilizationvalueof mineralresources and providing reliable technical supportand process parameter basis for the modification and expansion of beneficiation plants.

铜铅锌多金属硫化矿具有矿物组成复杂、金属种类多样等特征,常伴生贵金属,同时硫化矿物致密共生、嵌布粒度细且不均匀,导致有价金属的综合回收一直是选矿领域的技术难题[1-4]。(剩余7154字)
