Abstract:Againstthebackdropof increasinglydeepening ecologicalandenvironmental protectionconcepts,waterresource andenvironmentalmonitoring hasbecomeafundamentalprojectforsafeguarding waterecological security.Starting from theperspectiveof ecologicaland environmental protection,theecological valueofstrengthening waterresourcesand environmentalmonitoring is elaborated,andthespecificimplementationstrategiesareexplored forwaterresourcesand environmentalmonitoringfromfourdimensions,namelyoptimizingthemonitoring indicatorsystem,promoting technological upgrading and integration,improving thedata managementsystem,and perfecting theguarantee mechanism,soas to provideieasandreferences forimproving theecologicalprotectioneficiencyofwaterresourcesandpromoting harmonious coexistence between humans and water.
