Experimental Study on Chemical Treatment of High Ammonia Nitrogen Chemical Wastewater

Abstract:Thecompositionofhighammonianitrogenchemicalwastewateriscomplex,withahighconcentrationofmmonia nitrogenandpooriodegradability.Theexperimentusesblowoffmethod,breakpointchlorinationmethod,andagsium ammoniumphosphatechemicalprecipitationmethodtotreathighammonianitrogenchemical wastewater,inordertoreduce itsharmtotheecological environment.Theresultsindicate thatallthreechemicalmethods havegoodremovaleffectson ammonianitrogen inhighammonianitrogenchemical wastewaterunder specificconditions,nd thespecificselectionneeds tobebalancedbasedonthecharacteristicsofthewastewater,treatmentgoals,andeconomicconditions.WhenthepHvalueis 8 and the reaction temperature is 45 C ,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by blow off method can reach 87.5% ; when the molar ratio of Cl to N is 7.2:1.0 and the reaction time is 3O min,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by the breakpoint chlorination method reaches 97.8% ;when the molarratio of Mg,N,and Pis 1.2 1.0 1.1 and the reaction time is 25 min,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by magnesium ammonium phosphate chemical precipitation method reaches 96.8%
