Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Window Ventilation Strategy in PM2.5 Pollution Control in Lhasa University Offices

Abstract: PM2.5 isan important component of air pollutionand has adirect impact onair quality.Paying attention to indoor PM2.5 concentrations incolegesanduniversities is of greatsignificance for improving the working environment and ensuring the health of personnel.In order to explore the change of PM2.5 concentration in the operation office of printing equipment in Lhasauniversities,refer totheAmbientAirQualityStandards (GB3095—2O12).Throughcomparativeanalysis,observation and regression analysis,the PM2.5 concentration was monitored in the state of open and closed windows in the operation of printingandcopyingquipmentinLhasacollegesanduniversities,andtheofices withoutprintingandcopying equipment. The results showed that the PM2.5 concentration in the office with equipment was higher than that in the office without equipment,and the PM2.5 concentration in the ofice with the window open was higher than that when the window was closed.
