Abstract:The key processesandresource alocation strategies are analyzed foremergencyresponse to water polution. Analysissugeststhat theefectivenessofwaterpollutionincidentsdependsonthequalityoftheconnectionbetwenvarious processes andtheprecisionofresourceallcation.Inviewofthis,itisnecessarytoclarifytheimplementationpointsof each emergencyresponse processtoensure smoothoperation.Atthesametime,strategiesshouldbeoptimized fromthree aspects: scientificall planning resource reserve points,improving intelligent resource scheduling mechanisms,and perfecting resource allocation eficiency evaluationsystems,providing practicalsupport forwaterpollution emergency management.
