Research on High-Value Utilization Technology of High Impurity Ash in Lead System

Abstract:Startingfromleaching,displacementandsulfurization,recovery experiments wereconductedonhighimpurityash inlead system tostudythereactionbehaviorunderdiferentacidity,liqud-solidratio,reactiontemperatureandreaction timeconditions,andcomprehensivelyrecoverleadandcadmium fromash.Theexperimentalresultsshowed thatunder the optimal process conditions,the reaction temperature during the leaching stage was 80°C ,the reaction time was 4h ,and the liquid-solid ratio was 3; the reaction temperature during the displacement stage was 40~50∘C ,and the reaction time was (20 1h ; the reaction temperature during the vulcanization stage was at room temperature,and the reaction time was 1h .At this point,the yield of lead exceeded 99 % ,and the yield of cadmiumexceeded 94% :
