Study on the Environmental Impact of BOG Ventilation at LNG Refueling Stations in Northwest China

Abstract：Against the background of global energy low-carbon transformation and China's“dualcarbon”strategy， Liquefied Natural Gas （LNG）refueling stationsare developingrapidly.However，improperdisposalofBoil-OffGas （BOG） generated from low-temperature storage can easilylead to energy waste，increased costs，andnegativeenvironmental impacts.Thisarticleanalyzes thecausesofBOGgeneration inLNGrefueling stations，elaboratesonthecharacteristicsof BOG generationintypicalprocess flows，andanalyzesthecurrentstatusandenvironmentalbenefitsofBOGreleasecontrol technology.ItproposesanenvironmentallfriendlyBOGreleasecontrolstrategy，providingtheoreticalsupportandpractical reference for the green and sustainable operation of LNG refueling stations.
