Role and Development Measures of Environmental Monitoring in the Coordination of Pollution and Carbon Reduction in Waste-to-Energy Incineration Industry

Abstract： Waste-to-energy incinerationreleasesavarietyof pollutantsand greehouse gases while processng urban solid waste，whichis inurgentneedofcolaborativecontrolofpolutionreductionandcarbonreduction.Thetechnicalconotation andtypicalclassificationofenvironmentalmonitoringarestudied intheprocessofwaste-to-energyincineration，itskey roleisanalyzed inthewhole processcontrolofpollutants，quantificationofarbonemissionfactors，colaborativeemission reductioassessmentandemissiontraceabilitymanagement，andfinallthedevelopmentmeasuresarediscussdtosupport theprecisegoveranceandcollaborativepformanceimprovementofteindustryIngneral，itisecessarytoiprovee monitoringlocationstrategy，buildthedatabaseofomponentsndemisions，stablishthefactorcoordinationmechanism， and improve the data application rules.
