Abstract: Waste-to-energy incinerationreleasesavarietyof pollutantsand greehouse gases while processng urban solid waste,whichis inurgentneedofcolaborativecontrolofpolutionreductionandcarbonreduction.Thetechnicalconotation andtypicalclassificationofenvironmentalmonitoringarestudied intheprocessofwaste-to-energyincineration,itskey roleisanalyzed inthewhole processcontrolofpollutants,quantificationofarbonemissionfactors,colaborativeemission reductioassessmentandemissiontraceabilitymanagement,andfinallthedevelopmentmeasuresarediscussdtosupport theprecisegoveranceandcollaborativepformanceimprovementofteindustryIngneral,itisecessarytoiprovee monitoringlocationstrategy,buildthedatabaseofomponentsndemisions,stablishthefactorcoordinationmechanism, and improve the data application rules.
