Abstract：The sustainabledevelopment goalsare increasinglydriving the transformationand developmentof regional mining，ndGuangxi Zhangautonomousregion （referredtoasGuangxi），asatypicaldistributionareaofkarstlandforms， hasunique typesof karst mines.Takingtherestorationand transformationof theabandonedFenghuang lakemine in Ganxu town，Wumingdisrict，Naningcitysnample，thisaperexporesteoordiateddevelopmentofologicalstoation andgreenindustrytransformationinkarstareasofGuangxi，deplyanalyzestheecologicalrestorationplansandachievements， exploresvariouswaysofgreenindustrytransformation，andrevealstheinteralmechanismsandelementsoftheircollaborative development.Through fieldresearchand experimentaldataanalysis，strategicsugestionsforcoordinateddevelopmentare providedfromtespectsofpolicyechnologynddustrialintegratio，iodertoprovideteoreticalandpracticalreces forthe win-winsituationofecologicaland economicbenefitsof mines inkarstareas in Guangxiand eventhewholecountry.
