Abstract：Theunifiedregistrationandcertificationof naturalresources isanimportanttasktoclearlydefinethesubjectof naturalresourceassetmanagementand promote theconstructionof ecological civilization.This paper takes Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture as an example to introduce the technical route，main technical methods，and processesofunifiedregistrationandcertificationofnaturalresourcesattheprefecturelevel，providingreferenceforfurther implementation of unified natural resource confirmation and registration initiatives.

为推进自然资源确权登记法治化，建立归属清晰、权责明确、保护严格、流转顺畅、监管有效的自然资源资产产权制度，实现山水林田湖草整体保护、系统修复和综合治理，黔东南苗族侗族自治州（简称黔东南州）开展了州级自然资源统一确权登记工作。（剩余3896字）
