Research Progress on Binder Treatment Methods in Lithium Battery Recycling

Abstract:Theissueoflithiumbatteryrecyclinghasbecomeincreasinglyprominent,withtheeffctiveremovalofbinders beingaprerequisitefortheeficientrecyclingofbatterymaterials.This paperreviews theimpactofbindersontherecycling process oflithiumbatteries.Fromtheperspectivesofresourceutilizationand environmental protection,various methods, including physicalandchemical treatmentapproaches,arediscussed.Itprovidesatheoreticalfoundationandtechnical supportforbindertreatmentintherecyclingoflithium bateries,aiming toadvancelithiumbatteryrecycling toward environmentally friendly,economically feasible,and closed-loop cycle development.
