Abstract：Focusingonthe issue of ecologicalrestorationof mines in Hebei province，this studyanalyzesthe evolution mechanism ofenvironmental geological problems from three dimensions：geological stability，hydrological system，and surface ecology.Itsystematicalyidentifies keyconstraintfactors suchascomplexgeological backgrounds，multi-party powerandresponsibilitycoupling，and technologicaland economic adaptability.Basedonthe essence oftheproblemand regionalcharacteristics，ahierarchicalandprogressiverestorationstrategysystemof“sourcecontrol-regionalestoration -long-termguarantee”isconstructed，whichcondensesthe technologandgovernanceparadigmadaptedtotheactual situationof theregion，providespathreference for mining ecologicalrestorationpractice，and helpsregionalecological security and sustainable development.
