Abstract:Basedonthe energy-saving practices of WesternDrilling Tuha Driling Company in 2023—2024,a multidimensional dynamiccontrolsystem for energy consumption perunit is constructed.Byimplementing thecontract energy management model,promoting energy-saving technology measures,strengthening energy consumption benchmarking analysis and dynamic monitoring,energyutilization eficiency is improved.Empirical evidence shows that compared to 2023,the comprehensive energy consumption of drilling footage in 2O24 has decreased by 14.92% ,reaching 53.99kg of standardcoal per meter;the projectsof“electricityreplacingoil”and“oiltoelectricity”havecumulatively saved 29 913.38 t of standard coal,reduced CO2 emissions by about 78 OoO t,saved fuel costs of over74 million yuan,and achieved significant energy-saving results.
