Research on Industrial Indicator Optimization Driven by Ore Body Characteristics

Abstract:A certain lead-zinc ore is located in Huayuan county,Hunan province,with a mining area of 22.90km2 ,and the continuityoftheorebodyvariesgreatlyandthegradeandthicknesschangesignificantly.Thecontinuityradedistribution andthickness variationcharacteristicsoftheorebodyaresystematicallyanalyzed,threesetsof industrialindicatorshemes aredesigned,andtheschemesarecomparedbasedonorebodydelineation,resourcecalculationandeconomicevaluation todeterminetheoptimal industrial indicators.Theresearch results indicatethatcomparedto SchemeIand Scheme Il , Scheme I hasthe most advantages,with areasonable internal structure oftheore body,ensuring continuityand controlling ore quality.The amount of Zn metal in the industrial ore body of Scheme is 2.355 8 million tons,accounting for 83.21% Asthe optimal industrial indicator,the Zn boundary grade is 0.5% ,the minimum industrial grade of Zn is 1.2% ,the minimum mineable thickness is 1.8 m,the removal thickness of interbedded stones is 4.0m ,and the associated Pb grade is 0.10% .Scheme I can avoid excessive mixing of low-grade ore and fragmentation of the ore body,achieving the optimal balance between ensuring thecontinuityoftheore body,controling orequality,and improving economic benefits.
