Abstract：The chemical wastegas emisioncandirectlydamage theatmospheric environmentand indirectlylead to soil and waterpolutionaswellasbiodiversityloss.Regenerativecatalyticoxidation，photocatalyticoxidation，adsorption concentrationcatalyticoxidation，andozonecatalyticoxidationare four mainstreamtreatment technologiesapplicable to thecontrolofchemical industrial wastegas.Inordertoclarifythe treatmentpathways forchemical wastegasand support thegreen transformationof thechemicalindustryandecologicalenvironmentalprotection，the typesofchemical wastegas arefirstcategorzed，thentheirimpactontheecologicalenvironmentisanalyzed，andfinallyfourmainstreamtreatment technologiesarefocused，detailing thecoreprinciples，appicablescenariosandperformancecharacteristicsofach.The research findingscan provideareferenceforthe precise controlandtreatment technologyselectionofchemical waste gas.
