Analysis of Risk Factors and Prevention Strategies in Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects

Abstract:Environmental impact assessmentofconstruction projects isanimportantpartof environmental protection work,playingacrucialroleinensuringenvironmentalsafetyandpublichealth.This paper takes theenvironmental impact assessmentofconstruction projectsas theresearch object,analyzes the specificsignificance of environmental impact assessmentofconstructionprojects,andanalyzes thecommonriskfactorsthatafect environmental impact assessmentof constructionprojects fromfiveaspects includingnatural environment,social environment,informationasymmetrytime andfunding,andstakeholders.Itfocusesonproposingrelevantprevention strategies,aimingtoimprovetheeficiencyof relatedworkand promote the high-qualitydevelopmentof environmental protection work byadopting efective prevention strategies.
