Analysis of Water Resource Management Practice Under the Background of Ecological Civilization Construction

Abstract：Underthedual pressureof global waterscarcityand ecological degradation，theconstructionof ecological civilizationhas putforward higherrequirements forwaterresource management.Taking theLiaoquan irrigationarea in Linze county，Gansu province as an example，thecore positionof waterresources managementis systematicalyanalyzed in ecologicalcivilizationconstruction，andthesystematicinnovationofwater-savingpracticesisrevealedfromthedimensions of engineering，technologyand management.Theresearch results indicatethatbyconstructingawater-saving system，the Liaoquan Irigation Areacan decouple water resource consumption from agricultural development，providingareplicable solution for water resource management in arid and semi-arid areas.
