Abstract：Inorder tomoreeficientlyandaccuratelygraspthedynamicchangesofnaturalresourcesandachievescientific management and rationalutilization of natural resources，this paper proposes touse remote sensingand Geographic Information System （GIS）toconstructadynamic monitoring system fornatural resources.Thissystemutilizes the largescale and periodicobservation capabilitiesofremote sensing technology toobtain multi-sourcedataofnaturalresources， and thenutilizes thepowerful spatialanalysisanddatamanagementfunctionsofGIS to process，analyze，andvisualize thesedata.Theintegrationofthesetwotechnologiesenablesthetimelydetectionofchangesinthequantity，qualityand spatialdistributionofnaturalresources，providingstrong technicalsupportforresouceassessment，planngdecisions，and ecological protection.
