Status, Problems, and Suggestions of Empowering the Promotion and Application of Fuel Cell Vehicles Through Carbon Inclusive Mechanisms

Abstract:Fuelcellvehicleshavethecharacteristicsofzeroemissions,fastrefueling,andlongdrivingrange,making them anidealcarierforachievinggreentransportation.Atpresent,fuelcellvehiclesinChinahaveenteredanewstageofrapid development.Exploring theestablishmentofacarboninclusive mechanism forfuelcell vehicles,adoptingamoremarketorientedapproachtopromotethelarge-scaleapplicationoffuelcellvehicles,acceleratingthereplacementofhigheission andhighpolutiontraditionalfuelvehicles,isofsignificantsignificanceforformingagreenandlow-carbontransportation modeand promoting thelow-carbon transformationof transportation.Thecurrent implementation status ofChina’scarbon inclusivemechanismisanalyzed,theapplicationofcarboninclusiveisexploredinthefieldoffuelcellvehicletravel, andthe suggestions are proposedfor establishingcarbon inclusive fuel cellvehicle travel.After analysis,thereare some prominentproblems intheimplementationof thecarbon inclusive mechanismforfuelcellvehicle travel,suchasunclear carbonreductionmethods,dificultiesincarbonreductionmonitoringandlimitedpopularity.Inthefuture,itisnecssaryto introduceaunifiedcarbonreductionmethodology,establishabigdatamonitoringandaccountingplatfor,explorefective carbonmarkettradingmodels,promote thecarbonreductionvalue transformationoffuelcellvehicletravel,andhelp fuel cell vehicles achieve marketization.
