Status， Problems， and Suggestions of Empowering the Promotion and Application of Fuel Cell Vehicles Through Carbon Inclusive Mechanisms

Abstract：Fuelcellvehicleshavethecharacteristicsofzeroemissions，fastrefueling，andlongdrivingrange，making them anidealcarierforachievinggreentransportation.Atpresent，fuelcellvehiclesinChinahaveenteredanewstageofrapid development.Exploring theestablishmentofacarboninclusive mechanism forfuelcell vehicles，adoptingamoremarketorientedapproachtopromotethelarge-scaleapplicationoffuelcellvehicles，acceleratingthereplacementofhigheission andhighpolutiontraditionalfuelvehicles，isofsignificantsignificanceforformingagreenandlow-carbontransportation modeand promoting thelow-carbon transformationof transportation.Thecurrent implementation status ofChina’scarbon inclusivemechanismisanalyzed，theapplicationofcarboninclusiveisexploredinthefieldoffuelcellvehicletravel， andthe suggestions are proposedfor establishingcarbon inclusive fuel cellvehicle travel.After analysis，thereare some prominentproblems intheimplementationof thecarbon inclusive mechanismforfuelcellvehicle travel，suchasunclear carbonreductionmethods，dificultiesincarbonreductionmonitoringandlimitedpopularity.Inthefuture，itisnecssaryto introduceaunifiedcarbonreductionmethodology，establishabigdatamonitoringandaccountingplatfor，explorefective carbonmarkettradingmodels，promote thecarbonreductionvalue transformationoffuelcellvehicletravel，andhelp fuel cell vehicles achieve marketization.
