Abstract：The DemocraticRepublicof the Congo is rich incopperandcobaltresourcesandhas highdevelopmentvalue. UndertheimpetusofChina’s“BeltandRoad”initiative，theproportionofChineseenterprises inthemining industryof theDemocraticRepublicof the Congo has become increasinglysignificant.However，duetothe weak local infrastructure， thelowqualityoflaborers，andspecialclimaticconditions，conductinglarge-scaleengineringprojectsintheDemocratic Republicof the Congo facescertainchallnges.This paperanalyzesand discusses thecommonrestrictiveconditionsand coping strategies encountered inindustrial projectconstructionintheDemocraticRepublicof theCongo，withtheaimof providing references for relevant practitioners.
