Significance, Challenges, and Strategies of Integrating Environmental Protection Goals into Railway Human Resource Planning

Abstract:Drivenbythedual carbongoalsandgreentransportationdevelopmentstrategy,therailwayindustry,asakey areaof energy consumption and carbon emissons,relies on thescientific allcation ofhuman resources toachieve its environmental goals.Focusingonthe integration pathofrailway human resource planning and environmental protection goals,thispaperanalyzesthesignificanceofthecombinationofthetwofromaprofessionaltechnicalperspective,identifies the problems in the current configuration process,and proposes optimization strategies.Theaimis toprovidepractical guidancefortherailway industry to improveenvironmental eficiencythrough humanresourcealocation upgrading,and promotethe eficient utilization of human resourcesand deep couplingof environmental protection goals in the green transformation of the railway system.
